Levi's 501 Live Unbuttoned launching in Manila - blog post coverage

I don't know on how will I start this blog post coverage, but witnessing another 1st for the Philippines and for the world makes me speechless for a short moment. I just saw the big unveiling of the world's largest outdoor ad, and that's the Levi's 501 Live Unbuttoned outdoor ad for their global campaign about the anniversary of Levi's 501 and also the new line of 501 jeans.

I broadcast the 2 events in video online stream, for everyone's clear view and also online participation for that big celebration. I was surprised to know that the file needed for that big outdoor ad is a 23 Terrabyte photo file size, I they production team got a 200 hours of work time to pull the big project. I have a video below of the launching and the trivia about the outdoor ad.

The 1st event was held in SM Mall of Asia, and it is the global launching of the new TVC of the Levi's 501 Live Unbuttoned and also the first look on the new jeans. There were models and also free try out of the jeans, you can wear it and try the comfort zone of the jeans, you can also touch it and feel its originality, and difference of spirit and attitude.

I still have this Levi's hang over and yes, I grew up with Levi's and 501 is one of my favorite after the 505. But now, I'm so happy that Levi's is back again with the release of the new line of jeans.

also, heard that Guinness Book of World Records will drop by in our country at the end of the month to officiate the world record for the largest outdoor ad.

The outdoor ad, also known as the Levi's Colossal, is located in EDSA Guadalupe. The ad covers the Pet Plans bldg and is visible from EDSA,Pasig city and Taguig city.
