24 years after his mother became President, Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino is set to be sworn in to office on June 30, almost a month after the country's general election. Winning the presidential election by a landslide, Aquino has promised his people change: “It seems that for such a long time you’ve been told to persevere and forbear, and to just tolerate the system when you don’t have to. Let us be your instruments in affecting these changes… We are the public servants, you are the public, you are the masters, you are the ones who have the decisions, wants and needs that should be respected and delivered, and we will bring it back to that point.” (more below)

I just don't know what I'm going to do today,I felt sick and tired already and I need a complete sleep, been juggling lots of priorities, blog-work-social media-baby-event, and it seems that I can't work on with it at the same time, and now I'm burned up and I took a Friday rest, but still I'm tired and need to finish this pre-production plan and preparation for the event. The event briefing last night was great, it was the first time that we occupied the conference room A and it was the biggest crowd we have of different kinds of exhibitors and also our partners. I'm also thankful that all our production team and staff are always on stand by and because of them, our event won't make it to the finish line. I love the food caterer, Kusina ni Kambal just hypnotized me with their beef lugaw and tokwa't baboy heheh.

I still need to finish all these collateral designs and finish the last ads for print and tv.

here's a rare event that we should not miss! I wonder who are the otakus in our government, hmmm. As I heard one of the winning candidate in the previous election is a gamer otaku, and I wont tell who it is, hehehe, he's a big online game player. 40-year-old economic commentator Takaaki Mitsuhashi campaigned for this summer’s House of Councillors election by hosting a “cosplay party” at the Liberal Democratic Party’s Tokyo headquarters on Saturday. Mitsuhashi previously wrote an economic analysis of the popular online bulletin board system 2channel, and he appeared at the party dressed as the calculating father figure Gendō from Gainax’s Neon Genesis Evangelion anime series. About 200 people participated in the party with Mitsuhashi in cosplay, karaoke, and other activities

How do we enjoy our life and how our daily activities became so fun and enjoyable, there are lots of activities in store for us and Manila is the biggest playground in the city and performing one activity is just a tip of the ice berg, I like to go to the mall, shopping, watch movies, or play at the video arcade is one of the mall activity I like but that was the time when I was in my high school and college years, but today I'm an adult now and got lots of hobbies, my activities expanded and now I enjoy more and having a hard time which activity will I do today, maybe bringing my DSLR camera and do a photo walk is one my best activity, or go to any resto and eat new dishes and do reviews for my blog, and attend events and meet new people around it. o di ba? dami activities noh? but in sports, medyo sablay na ko, I do aggressive inline skating and that's one of my best and favorite outdoor activity, but I need to do more outdoor thing and looks like running is the in outdoor activity. How do you enjoy Philippines?

We can have a list of activities that we can do and perform the weird ones, like that apocalyptic training that I heard performing outdoor sports like paragliding, scuba diving, sky diving, rock climbing and survival training, okay that's very hardcore already, but that's only an idea ha.

MOVIES: Karate Kid 2010 movie review by a kung fu master blogger

Everyone is talking about this movie and there's a big debate about the title and the story of the movie Karate Kid starring Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith, son of actor Will Smith. But there are mixed reviews from good to bad one and raves from new viewers of Karate Kid and some purist and fans of the classic movie by Pat Morita and Ralph Macchio.

The classic film is played every time in our local cable tv and also in a local channel and I heard that many viewers didn't like the classic film, while others aimed to support the new film, but given the respect to the classic film, some say that Jackie Chan Karate Kid is for the new generation and an ongoing legacy of discipline, respect, hard work, and love of the classic Karate Kid. I just saw the film and I'm posting here my reviews and some reactions.
