Unfamiliar beings in our room

This always happens to me whenever I'm sick and battling a flu, last night I went to bed at 6pm just to beat the flu down and conserve my energy for dinner. Then someone woke me up and then I didn't recognize the person infront of me, it took me around 30 seconds to figure out that I'm not dreaming. The vision is blurry and like those alien abduction scene in a X-Files series. Then after half a minute of confusion, I recognize that my wife is waking me up and she said that its time for dinner, then she found out that I'm sick.

I'm not yet fully recovered, but I'm doing my best to beat this flu down.
