First zero gravity commercial flights to launch in Asia and here in the Philippines this January 2015

An event that I want to cover for next year! This coming January 2015, the first ever zero gravity commercial flight will take place first in Japan and then followed by in the Philippines for February 2015. I think it’s a dream come true now for everyone to feel the zero gravity and weightlessness experience even without an astronaut licensed, because the zero-g flight will require you to pass a medical check up and a pay at least a PHP166,000+ or €2,000 for the party room package to join the zero-g flight.

The first zero-g commercial flight is a flight service of Swiss Space Systems (S3),a Swiss company that launches satellites and also do research on space for all service. Zero-G flight are safe as they say, its like traveling on a regular airline but with higher altitude. They use this zero-g flight to train upcoming astronauts, but starting next year, it will be available for us to experience zero-g.

I know that 1st commercial space flight is on hold and always on delay, I think that having a zero-g experience is much better than going on orbit around the Earth.

The next question is… are you ready for it? do you want to try it ?
and another next question, who are the Filipino rich people and politician to try this and give their 100k for a 2 hour flight.

for me.. YES! I want to try it.

Here’s a graph on how the plane will go into the ZeroG zone.
It’s a 2 hour flight and it will let you experience zero gravity for 20-25 seconds per climb to 34,000 feet, I the climb is up to 15 parabolas (accdg to their website)

check out the old video of Kate Upton during her photo shoot, you can see the zero-gravity environment there.

Here’s the area of the plane and their package
VIP room - €50,000

Party zone - €2,000

They are now inviting everyone to try it and you can book your schedule via their online website at https://www.zerog.s-3.ch/
